Peaches, Ricotta and Lemon Zest on Toast

The one that almost made me cry.

For breakfast I enjoyed peaches and ricotta with lemon zest, amazing unfiltered olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper, on a toasted Tartine Bakery country slice — and I am not huge on Summer generally, but this was so good I almost cried.
