Friday May 27th 2011 – Yosemite Hike

Paigesaez and I went for a hike in Yosemite. We actually managed to sneak out Thursday night and woke up Friday morning at the Yosemite Bug. Waking up already at your destination is such a nice feeling! The park wasn’t that busy surprisingly and we managed to get up to Taft Point on the very first day that it opened. One problem was that the snow was really too deep to walk out to the point so we had to settle for a valley hike. However even that turned out to be quite interesting since there was the most amazing rainbow at the end. Click on the picture for a link to the flickr photographs.
